1. PARTICIPATE IN A DISCUSSION:
If you haven't already, subscribe (it's free), so you can receive our future discussion emails. Send an email to stacy@legalelite.com and let us know how many credits you need.

2. SIGN-IN:
After you receive a discussion email, you must reply to the email with your name and State Bar      number in order to "sign-in" to the discussion.

3. MCLE FORM - PROCESSING YOUR CREDIT.
After you've signed-in to the discussion via email with your name and State Bar number, we will email to you the MCLE form for you to fill in the number of hours you spent participating in the email discussion (up to 3 hours permitted). The form will indicate where to mail it to for processing.

 4. PAYMENT:
Although participation is free, we need to charge $5.00 per quarter-hour credit (or 15 minutes) to cover the MCLE administrative costs. We accept checks. Below is a chart to help you determine the payment amount based on the credit hours earned:
1 hour = 1 credit

$5 = .25 credits $10 = .5 credits $15 = .75 credits
$20 = 1 credit $25 = 1.25 credits $30 = 1.5 credits
